At Spotek, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted with the original invoice or order confirmation.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned if any item is missing or if the product is damaged/defective during return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at: support@spotek.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for sizing or style changes (subject to availability).

  • To ensure fast processing, please contact us before sending items back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
